Institutionalisation and Process Management Programme
Putting the organisation chart, job descriptions and decision-making mechanisms in writing and into practice.

Project goal
To give the company a structure that can operate without depending on its manager.
Challenges
Implicit responsibilities, centralised decisions and irregular information flow.
Solution developed
Job descriptions, an authority matrix and regular review meetings were defined; standard reporting was introduced for information flow.
Implementation process
Current-state analysis, draft structure, team review, implementation and follow-up.
Results
Job descriptions and limits of authority were put in writing, and decisions are no longer concentrated in one place. Regular reviews and standard reporting mean the flow of information no longer depends on individuals.
