Who Is Oğuzhan Sayım?
Oğuzhan Sayım is a business leader who began his career in the building industry in 2010. Today he leads production, project management and business development at the companies he co-founded. The first of them work in light steel and prefabricated construction: İkranur Yapı (2015) and Loftev İnşaat (2017).
Three concepts sit at the centre of his working philosophy: trust, systems and continuity. He values structures that endure over the long term rather than short-term results, and applies this principle both to the buildings he constructs and to the organisation he leads.
Born in Kadıköy, Istanbul, in 1996. After Nakipoğlu Anadolu High School he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Aydın University (2014–2018).
Life and Career Journey
His career journey begins with experience gained on construction sites. This knowledge, drawn from inside production and implementation, later becomes the fundamental reference point guiding planning, management and investment decisions.
Active in the industry since 2010, Oğuzhan Sayım has moved over time from operational responsibilities to a strategic management role. At every stage of this transition, he has retained the advantage of being a manager who knows every layer of the business.

Entering the Business World
His entrepreneurial journey was born out of a need he observed in the industry: fast, reliable, high-standard building production. Recognising early the potential of light steel and prefabricated systems, he decided to build a company in this field.
The early years were spent establishing production infrastructure, bringing together the right team and building customer trust step by step. İkranur Yapı was founded in 2015, followed in 2017 by Loftev İnşaat, which focuses on light steel exports.
Companies and Investments
At the companies he co-founded he manages a broad area of responsibility, from production planning to project delivery and from business development to corporate structuring. He assesses the ventures he invests in by the same criteria: answering a real need, scaling with the right team and creating value over the long term.
His management approach combines operational efficiency with corporate standards: repeatable processes, transparent communication and measurable quality goals on every project.

Entrepreneurial Philosophy
He defines entrepreneurship less as spotting an opportunity and more as the ability to turn that opportunity into a sustainable structure. He believes growth requires direction as much as speed, and that taking the right step at the right time is worth more than taking many steps.
