Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Oğuzhan Sayım as data controller within the scope described below.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to respond to your request and maintain communication, on the legal bases of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishment or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfer

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties except where legally required. Limited sharing with technical infrastructure providers (hosting, email) may occur solely to deliver the service.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as the communication purpose requires and no longer than 2 years; it is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Applications may be sent to the email address on the contact page.
